When Monica de Witt founded HUGO and Company Inc. in 2015, she didn't initially set out to specialize in senior transition. But it quickly become clear that she had found her calling. "I soon realized that most of my clients were seniors," she explains. "They were asking me to help them edit their belongings and create floor plans for smaller homes, and then inviting me back after their move to finish off their new space."
