A Stunning Photoshoot at Aspira Brants Landing: In Honour of Women's Day

When Renee at HUGO proposed a photoshoot at one of our favourite retirement homes (Aspira Brants Landing Retirement Living) to celebrate International Women's Day, it was an easy decision. Naturally, we wanted to combine our dedication to serving seniors with our passion for design to create a moment that honours women. After all, HUGO and Company is a female-founded, woman-led organization. We (HUGO and Co) provided the props, but the women brought the magic! In the days before the photoshoot, the women in our photos crafted the floral backdrop.

This is the outcome of the gentle photoshoot that allowed for joy, showcasing the extraordinary lives these women have crafted, the experiences they hold, and the remarkable strength they consistently exhibit.

Every woman infused the shoot with her unique personality, whether it was a serene calmness, striking confidence, wisdom, or humour. You might discern these traits simply by viewing the photos! The laughter and conversations shared with each woman highlighted the richness present at every stage of life, and we were privileged to be a part of it.

We extend our gratitude to the women of Aspira Brants Landing who joined us in this moment. We are deeply thankful for the time we shared. Thank you for allowing us to capture your photos. They serve as a reminder of the strength and spirit of women at every age.
